Payments & Payment Plans
* We Accept Credit Cards through SquareUp – Payments are made to our holdings company: Our Divine Adventure, LLC
* The minimum non-refundable deposit accepted is 25% of the purchase price including estimated shipping, or $100, whichever is greater. (i.e. any purchase less than $400 has a minimum non-refundable deposit of $100)
* Payment Plans are available, email me to set something up – animals will not be shipped until paid in full
* If a purchase or payment plan is canceled by the purchaser prior to shipping then the non-refundable deposit (25% of the purchase price or $100) is considered forfeited to Sacred Scales. The remaining balance paid by the purchaser will be considered credit towards another purchase.
* If a purchaser does not make payments per the agreed-to payment plan, the payment plan will be terminated and the 25% non-refundable deposit will be considered forfeited to Sacred Scales.
* If a purchaser has been notified that they are late on a payment and does not make an attempt to contact Sacred Scales within 10 business days of notification, any credit paid by the purchaser will be considered forfeited to Sacred Scales.
* If the purchaser is on a payment plan and experiences unintended financial hardship, please contact Sacred Scales immediately to discuss options.

Shipping with Pick-Up at Hub Only
* Shipping is available only after having paid for an animal in full. This is non-negotable.
* Shipping is via Fed Ex Monday thru Wednesday, weather permitting, to your nearest Fed Ex World Service Center hub to qualify for our live arrival and health guarantee.
Note: Sacred Scales is located in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, Shipping during the Summer Months is not possible
* Delivery to a residential address or business is not possible and does NOT guarantee the live arrival or health of the animal.
* Shipping is via Fed Ex Monday thru Wednesday, weather permitting, to your nearest Fed Ex World Service Center hub to qualify for our live arrival and health guarantee.

24 Hour Live Arrival and Health Guarantee
* All animals shipped to your nearest Fed Ex World Service Center hub are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health for 24 hours from the time of pickup.
* Purchaser must pick up your package at the Fed Ex World Service Center hub within 4 hours of it being available for pickup; even if a delay occurs, otherwise this guarantee is null and void.
* If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I must be notified within the first 24 hours after pick up, after 24 hours this guarantee has expired and the sale is considered final.
* After 24 hours all live arrival and health guarantees have expired and are no longer valid.
* Purchaser must pick up your package at the Fed Ex World Service Center hub within 4 hours of it being available for pickup; even if a delay occurs, otherwise this guarantee is null and void.
* If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I must be notified within the first 24 hours after pick up, after 24 hours this guarantee has expired and the sale is considered final.

Returns, Refunds, and DOAs
* If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me right away.
* If you decide to return the animal, the animal must be returned to Sacred Scales and arrive in good health to qualify for a credit. Credits will only be granted after a successful 1-month quarantine of the returned animal.
* In the unfortunate – and highly unlikely event – the animal arrives deceased or the animal dies within the first 24 hours of arrival, to qualify for our live arrival and health guarantee, the animal must be returned to Sacred Scales for verification and vet necropsy.
* Pictures of an animal that has passed will NOT be honored for a credit.
* Animals that have passed as a result of the buyer will not be credited.
* All returns are in the form of credit towards another animal, less any shipping charges, NO CASH REFUNDS are given.
* If you decide to return the animal, the animal must be returned to Sacred Scales and arrive in good health to qualify for a credit. Credits will only be granted after a successful 1-month quarantine of the returned animal.
