If you have a Ball Python, Brazilian Rainbow Boa, or another animal that I am already looking to add to my collection, I would be open to discussing a trade, however, I am highly selective about who I work with and what I bring into my collection. So if you reach out regarding a possible trade and I pass, please do not take it personally.
Do you guarantee genetics?
I can guarantee all my 100% Het animals are just that, 100% Het. I will be explicit when selling any Possible Het animal so you rest assured you know what you are purchasing and working with.
I am not happy with my purchase, what do I do?
In the event you want to return the animal, the animal must arrive in good health to qualify for store credit. Credits will only be granted after a successful 1-month quarantine of the returned animal.
In the unfortunate – and highly unlikely – event that your animal arrives deceased or dies within 24 hours of delivery, this will fall into our live arrival and health guarantee (see our Terms & Conditions page). The body must be returned to me where a vet necropsy will be performed before any credit may be issued. Animals that have passed as a result of the buyer will not be credited. Please note, all returns are in the form of credit towards another animal, less any shipping charges, NO CASH REFUNDS are given.
